Product Introduction:
The principle of the spiral idler to prevent deviation is: the two side idlers in the idler group are both tapered spiral idlers, but the thread direction is different. One side of the idler is left-handed, and the other side is right-handed. Rotate, so that the lateral force given to the conveyor belt is all directed to the line. When the conveyor belt is running, due to the action of the spiral, axial force is generated respectively. When the deviation occurs, the conveyor belt slides to one side, and the thrust to the belt generated by the helix angle is greater as it goes outward. At this time, the two rollers produce different forces to push the conveyor belt, and the difference between the two forces will be Make the conveyor belt reset. When the spiral idler roller is installed on the conveyor belt, the spiral of the intermediate idler roller should be bidirectional, that is, one end is a left helix and the other end is a right helix. One side of the rollers on both sides has a left-handed thread and the other side has a right-handed thread. The main point of installing the spiral idler is that it can face the tail of the conveyor, then install the right-handed threaded idler on the right hand side, and install the left-handed threaded idler on the left hand side.

Spiral roller use requirements:

1. According to the width of the belt or the width of the machine mouth, select the idler and bracket with the same specifications;

2. Install the supporting roller brackets on the side beams of the conveyor accordingly. (symmetrical deviation is not greater than 2mm)

3. Enlarge the shaft shells at both ends of the roller into the ear slots of the bracket, and ensure that the horizontal angle between the roller and the frame is 20 or the distance from the corresponding bracket. (The oval hole at the bottom of the bracket can adjust the angle and distance)

4. The spiral direction of the idler roller must be consistent when it is running.

5. The installation distance of each set of rollers can be designed according to the specific gravity of the conveyed materials, and the general installation distance is 0.8-1.0m.

6. The bearing part is equipped with a grease fitting, which is filled with oil every 6 months.

7. The impact force during the conveying operation shall not exceed 300Kg/m.

8. This product can be used within the range of -40°-70°. If it exceeds the range, it should be proposed in advance. Spiral rollers with special specifications can be designed and produced according to different climatic conditions, working media and models of users.

9. During transportation and storage, heavy pressure, mechanical damage and damage to the grease nipple are prohibited.
